人类补体C8A遗传多态性的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 人类补体第八成分（C8）由α、β和γ三个亚基组成，且分别由不同的等位基因控制，即C8A、C8B和CSG基因，其中C8A基因和C8B基因紧密连锁于人类第1号染色体的长臂上。血清中，α和γ亚基由二硫键相连形成二聚体，而β亚基则通过非共价键与α-二聚体相连伪。C8各亚基的多态性最初由Raum等采用等电聚焦电泳法发现。同时，Ritther等还用双向电泳技术证明了α-γ二聚体的多态性是由α亚基决定的，故命名为C8A。
