摘要
[目的]探讨昆参颗粒治疗进展期胃癌的作用机制。[方法]采用MNNG诱导出Wistar大鼠胃癌模型,随机分为阴性对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、昆参大、中、小剂量组,每组15只,观察昆参颗粒对诱导型胃癌荷瘤大鼠肿瘤组织bFGF蛋白水平表达的影响,并进行灰度值分析。[结果]诱导型胃癌组织中血管生成因子bFGF呈高表达,昆参颗粒组能明显降低bFGF蛋白水平表达。[结论]昆参颗粒能明显抑制血管生成因子bFGF的表达。
[Objective]Study the principle of Kunshen(KS) Granule in treating progressive gastric carcinoma. [Methods]Oral administration of MNNG to Wister rats resulted in a high incidence of gastric carcinoma. The rats were separated into six groups at random,negative control group, model group, positive control group, Kunshen large dose group, medium dose group and small dose group. Observe the influence of KS Granule in inhibiting the angiogenesis factors bFGF protein level expression of carcinomatous rats organizations experimentally induced, and analyse gray value. [ Result] The angiogenesis factors bFGF of carcinomatous rats experimentally induced were highly expressed. KS Granule can notably decline the expression of protein level. [Conclusion]Kunshen granule can notably inhibit the expression of angiogenesis factors bFGF of carcinomatous rats experimentally induced.
