摘要
医院信息化建设已经成为现代医院发展的必然趋势。本文从实习医生的角度来解读医院管理信息化。通过综述信息化医院所独有优势和存在的不足,着重讨论了医院管理信息化与实习医生成长的关系,如电子病案的优越性有利于培养实习医生系统的临床思维、病历模板化以及辅检结果快速检索能极大提高实习医生的实习效率、医院管理信息化有利于实现自主化学习。同时阐述了医院信息化建设的缺点与不足。并就实习生如何在信息化环境下把握机会,取得进步提出了自己的观点。
Hospital informationization has already been a trend of development of modern hospitals. This article interprets hospital informationization from the perspective of an intern. By summarizing the advantages and shortcomings of informationalized hospitals, this article emphasizes the relationship between hospital informationization and growth of an intern. The superiority of e-case report helps foster the intern＇ s clinical thinking; the electronic services in filling, processing and searching for documents or information greatly improve the efficiency of medical students; the computer simulation of clinical practice is conducive to the realization of selfstudy. The disadvantages and inadequacies brought about by hospital informationization are also discussed. Finally the paper puts forward viewpoints on how to seize the opportunity to make progress in the informationization environment for interns.
