摘要
通过对高等体育院校师资队伍的现状进行分析,认为教师之间缺乏充分的合作与交流、教师群体内部更为广泛的资源空间未得到有效利用,体育院校教师的专业化水平、青年教师的教学水平有待提高,进而提出高等体育院校教学团队建设的必要性。并从顶层设计团队建设规划、营造合作文化、遴选团队带头人、强化教学工作、开展教学研究和完善教学评价方法等方面提出了高等体育院校教学团队建设的路径选择。
On analysis of the current situations of teachers of higher physical education institutes, it is found that cooperation and communication among teachers are deficient, potential resources of teachers are not effectively given to play, and the specialty standard and the teaching capabilities of young teachers are urgently enhanced. Thus, the all--round quality and ability of teachers in higher physical education institutes are necessarily improved in such aspects as high-level programming on team work, construction of cooperative atmosphere, selection of teamwork leaders, strengthening of teaching and research work and reinforcement of teaching evaluation.
