摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器同时分析测定9种糖皮质激素,为中成药及保健品中非法添加糖皮质激素提供检测方法。方法采用SHIMADZU Shim-pack VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)C18色谱柱,流动相为水-乙腈二元梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃,DAD检测器(200-400nm),检测波长240nm。结果9种糖皮质激素得到良好分离,在测定范围内线性关系良好,检测限为4.5~10.3ng,定量限为15.0-34.3ng,平均回收率〉97%。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用于中成药及保健品中非法添加糖皮质激素的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 9 glucocorticosteroids by HPLC DAD to provide an analytical method for identification of glucocorticosteroids adulteranted do in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and health food. Methods The SHIMADZU Shim-pack VP-ODS (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) C18 column was used, the mobile phase consisted of water and acetonitrile with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, column temperature was 30℃, the detector was DAD (200-400 nm), and the detection wavelength was 240 run. Results Nine glucocorticosteroids were finely separated, and all the compounds showed good lin- earity in the concentration range of detection. The limit of detection was 4. 5-10.3 ng, the limit of quantification was 15.0-34.3 ng, the added sample recovery rate was above 97% . Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and provides a reliable way for detecting glucocorticosteroids adulterated in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and health food.
