摘要
在我国快速城市化过程中,新城建设对于促进城市经济增长和城市空间扩展,缓解主城压力,带动区域城市化,以及提升城市竞争力等方面起到了巨大作用。但与此同时也出现了诸如城市蔓延、空间结构失衡、城市功能单一以及新城各单元协作困难等问题。文章在回顾新城建设历程、分析新城建设动因和存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策、建议。
In the process of China＇s rapid urbanization, the newtown construction has exerted great function in promoting urban economic growth and spatial expansion, accelerating regional urbanization, alleviating the pressure of the main city, and enhancing the city＇s competitiveness. But at the same time it has caused some problems such as urban sprawl, imbalanced spatial structure, singleness in function, and coordination difficulty between sections. This paper makes a review of the experience of newtown construction, analyzes the driving forces and existing problems in it, and puts forward some accordant countermeasures.
