摘要
采用非稳态测试方法对织物导热性能参数进行测量,克服了稳态测试方法存在的测试时间长、精度低、对测试装置要求高等缺点.织物的导热系数、体积热容、热扩散系数的测试数据的离散系数小于7%,表明非稳态测试方法的实验结果具有良好的重现性.测试结果表明,该非稳态测量织物的方法应控制热流密度在300W/m^2以下,测温点处温度变化较小(一般为2~4℃)的条件下进行.
The measurement method of fabric thermal property based on the unsteady thermal transfer is presented, which overcomes the disadvantages of long testing period, low precision and complicated equipment in steady measurement method. The discreteness in the data of thermal conductivity, volume specific heat and thermal diffusivity are under 7%, which indicates good repeatability based on unsteady thermal transfer. The measurement results indicate that this method should be controlled over the conditions of density of heat flux under 300 W/m^2 and low temperature variation(2 - 4 ℃) on the point of measuring.
