摘要
首先分析地毯簇绒机引纱过程中牵引罗拉与纱线的相互作用关系,提出牵引罗拉的引纱机理相当于多个小直径罗拉的非挤压式引纱.然后通过理论推导和作图解析,分析了地毯簇绒机的牵引罗拉在引纱过程中对纱线张力的稳定机理,在纱线张力均值按eμΦ倍减小的同时,张力波动的方差以e2μΦ倍减小,从而使牵引罗拉输出端纱线张力的波动大幅度减小.并提出可以通过调整两罗拉间隙来改变纱线与罗拉的总包围角,从而调整纱线张力.
After analyzing the relationship between the puller roller system and the yarns pulled in a carpet tufting machine, a conclusion is got that the working principle of the puller roller is close to non-extrusion pulling by several slim rollers. In succession, the stabilization method is proposed to the puller roller system for tensioning a series of yarns, through theoretical reduction and illustrated analysis, a result is achieved that as well as the decrease of the tension's mean value in times of e^μФ, the mean-square deviation is decreased in times of e^2μФ, so that the fluctuation range of the output tensile force of yarn passing through the puller rollers is sharply decreased. It is also proved that the area of contact between the yarn and the puller roller will be changed by adjusting the spacing between the puller rollers, and consequently the yarn tension can be accurately adjusted.
