摘要
采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了冷轧变形后的回复处理对Pb-0.05Ca-1.5Sn-0.026Al(质量分数,%)合金后续轧制退火晶界特征分布(GBCD)的影响。结果表明:室温下90%大变形轧制后的样品,在250℃下回复3min时具有单一的很强的{001}<110>(旋转立方)织构,经后续液氮温度下轧制30%并在270℃退火10min后,出现较多的∑3、∑9和∑27等特殊晶界,特殊晶界比例达到78%以上,其中(∑9+∑27)晶界比例超过了12%,特殊晶界有效地阻断了一般大角度晶界的网络连通性,合金的GBCD优化效果显著;相反,室温下90%大变形轧制后的样品,在250℃下回复2min和4min,却分别出现了很强的{011}<211>(Brass或B)织构和{001}<100>(Cube或立方)织构,经前面相同条件下后续轧制退火后,样品中特殊晶界比例分别约为50%和60%,其中(∑9+∑27)晶界比例在8%以下,且一般大角度晶界网络的连通性的阻断效果不显著。
The effects of recovery treatment after cold rolling on the grain boundary character distribution (GBCD) of subsequently strain-annealed Pb-0.05Ca-1.5Sn-0.026Aa (mass fraction, %) alloy were studied .using electron back scatter diffiaction (EBSD). The results show that strong texture of single {001}〈110〉 (rotated cubic) component is developed in the specimen treated by 90% cold rolling (thickness reduction) followed by recovery treatment at 250℃ for 3 rain. When the specimen is subjected to subsequent 30% cold rolling and anneal at 270℃ for 10 min, more special boundaries (SBs) such as ∑3,∑9 and ∑27 appear there, the fraction of total SBs exceeds 78%, the fraction of (∑9+∑27) exceeds 12%, and the network connectivity of general high angle boundary (HABs) is interrupted substantially. The positive effect on GBCD optimization improves. However, strong {011}〈211〉 (Brass) and {001} 〈100〉 (cube) texture is produced, respectively, in the specimen treated by the same rolling but recovery treated at 250℃ for 2 rain and 4 min. When these specimens are subjected to subsequent rolling and annealing, the fraction of the SBs is about 50% and 60%, respectively. The fraction of (∑9+∑27) is below 18%, and the effect on GBCD optimization is not obvious.
