摘要
形变铜基原位复合材料具有较高的强度和良好的导电性,是高强高导铜合金的重要研究方向之一。综述了形变铜基原位复合材料在国内外的研究现状及发展趋势,并对其合金设计原理、制备方法、组织和性能等特点进行了介绍。
Deformation processed copper-based in-situ composite (DPCC), which has ultrahigh strength and better electrical conductivity, is one of the study direction of high-strength and high-conductivity copper based alloys. Research situation of DPCC is summarized. The theories of alloy design, fabrication process, microstructure and property of DPCC are introduced. The developmental tendency of DPCC is also presented.
