摘要
介绍了电子倍增电荷耦合器件(EMCCD)的结构和工作过程,分析了影响倍增增益的因素,同时对噪声因子进行介绍。通过与其他CCD进行比较,EMCCD有优越的信噪比和量子效率。
The structure and operating principle of electronic multiplying charge-coupled device (EMCCD) are discussed in this paper, and the factors influencing multiplication gain are analysed. At the same time the noise factor is also introduced.By comparing this device with traditional CCD, the conclusion is given that EMCCD has great advantages in SNR and QE.
