摘要
医患沟通障碍是引起医患矛盾甚至医疗事故争议的重要原因。宏观因素有医疗体制的缺陷,唯科学主义下医患关系的物化,诚信缺失造成信任危机,社会利益格局的调整、拜金主义的影响,医学教育的偏颇、人文关怀的缺失,医患知识结构的差异、信息不对称的影响;微观因素有思想观念上的差异,医务人员繁忙、时间受限制,医务人员的沟通技巧;由于医患关系本身的技术性、伦理性、法律性、经济性、社会性等多重属性,多视野、多方位地分析医患沟通障碍的影响因素,仍旧是一个具有理论和现实意义的长期课题。
The obstacle of communication between doctors and patients is an important cause of inconsistency between them and even medical dispute. Macroscopical factors include defects of medical system, materialized relationship in view of scientism, credit crisis, biased medical education and asymmetry information. And the microcosmic factors are different conception, limited opportunity and skill for communication. Because of the multiple attributes of relationship between doctors and patients, it is always significant to analyze these factors.
