摘要
糖尿病历来被认为是胰腺癌的危险因子，糖尿病患者发生胰腺癌者高于普通人群的2～3倍，但也有20％的胰腺癌患者在胰腺癌诊断前2年内已有糖尿病或糖耐量异常。糖尿病对胰腺癌是病因还是结果一直存有争议，本文对此作一剖析。
