摘要
学术期刊分级意义重大,但在学术期刊分级问题上,理论界众说纷纭,实际工作政出多门。文章对我国学术期刊分级的理论与现状进行了分析与质疑,对学术期刊分级的依据进行了讨论,提出了学术期刊分级依据,指出了国内外在学术期刊评价上的缺憾。并提出了学术期刊分级应掌握的方法。
Distribution of academic journals is the points at issue.In this paper,the author makes a general analysis to the resent theory studies and practice on distribution of academic journals, then holds that distribution academic journals is very important and essential,and press and publications administration must distribute academic journals in accordance with nine regulations, such as import factors,academic qualities,journals circulations,and so on.Finally the author proposes that distribution of academic journals should control several methods.
