摘要
目的了解济宁市糖尿病人对糖尿病相关知识的知晓状况并探讨其影响因素,为科学开展宣教工作提供依据。方法培训调查员,自行设计调查表,抽取糖尿病住院及门诊病人330例进行问卷调查,并对结果进行描述性分析、卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果330例糖尿病人的糖尿病相关知识来自于住院或门诊(93.6%)、电视广播(31.8%)、专业书籍(27.0%)、亲友(8.48%)以及其他途径(9.1%);多因素Logistic回归显示文化程度高和居住于城市是糖尿病相关知识知晓程度的正性影响因素。结论济宁市糖尿病人对糖尿病相关知识掌握得不够好,应重点针对文化程度低和农村糖尿病人展开宣教。
Objective To estimate understanding situation and effective factors of DM patients＇ health knowledge in the city of Jining. Methods 330 cases of DM patients were inquired about the healthy knowledge of diabetes and the results were estimated by descriptive analysis, the Х^2 test and multi-Logistic regression analysis. Results The main sources of getting diabetic knowledge for the patients were TV and radio（ 31.8% ）, doctors and nurses （93.6%）, book/newspaper（ 27.0% ）, relative/friend （ 8.48% ）, others routes （9.1% ）. In the results of Logistic analysis, the highly educated patients and the patients in the city have better master of health knowledge. Conclusion The grasps of health knowledge of diabetes was not well. Different groups of diabetic patients grasp knowledge of diabetes mellitus with different degrees. To improve the level of understanding of DM health knowledge, our education should focus the low education patients and rural patients.
