摘要
文章介绍使用了时序分析法,与传统故障诊断分析法相比,时序分析法是通过建立时间-序值-幅值的三维谱阵,提取齿轮箱的故障特征,找出故障部位、故障类型和故障演变过程的详细信息,从而指导生产厂家进行产品的优化设计;通过实例证明,时序分析法能够有效地识别齿轮箱的故障和故障演变过程。
In order to monitor the real-time operation state of the gearbox, this paper introduces the time-order analysis method. In contrast with traditional fault diagnosis methods, the method establishes the three-dimensional chart of time-order-amplitude, extracts the fault characteristics of the gearbox and finds out fault positions, fault types and the detailed information of the fault evolvement process, and all of these are important for the manufacturers to optimize their product design. According to the practical examples, it is feasible to apply this method to identifying the faults of gearboxes and the fault evolvement process.
