摘要 目的测定不同产地姜黄药材有效成分类姜黄色素(包括姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素及双去甲氧基姜黄素)和挥发油的含量。方法采用NUCLEOSIL 100-10C18(250mm×8mm,4μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-4%冰乙酸(体积比为40∶60,pH=3.0);流速1.5mL·min-1,检测波长为420nm,测定姜黄素类化合物含量;采用中国药典(2005版)方法考察姜黄中挥发油的含量。结果不同产地姜黄药材中姜黄素类和挥发油成分含量变化范围较大。根据药典标准,姜黄素合格率为80%,挥发油均未达标。结论通过检测姜黄素类化合物和挥发油的含量可以为姜黄内在质量控制以及姜黄素类化合物的药理性能研究提供参考数据。 Objective To determine the content of curcuminoids (including curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin) and essential oil in Rhizoma Curcumae Longae originated from different regions. Methods The cureuminoids contents were analyzed by HPLC method which was performed on NUCLEOSIL 100 - 10 C18(250 mm × 8 ram, 4 μm)with the mobile phase consisting of 4 % glacial acetic acid and acetonitrile(60: 40, pH = 3.0). The flow rate was set at 1.5 mL ·min^-1. The essential oil was investigated by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005. Results The content of curcuminoids and essential oil in Rhizoma Curcumae Longae originated from different regions were varied in a relatively large range. According to the standard of ChP (2005), the content of curcumin in 80% medicinal material of Rhizoma Curcumae Longae arrived to the standard while that of the essential oil in all medicinal material failed. Conclusion Determination of the content of curcuminoids and essential oil is helpful for quality control of Rhizoma Cureumae Longae, and it will provide evidence for the pharmacological properties of curcuminoids.
