摘要
目的:通过观察肝癌组织中热休克蛋白27(HSP27)的表达,探讨HSP27表达与肝癌细胞增殖和转移的关系,并分析其意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测45例肝癌组织、23例癌旁肝硬化组织、12例正常肝组织标本中HSP27蛋白的表达水平,分析其与肝癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果:HSP27蛋白的阳性表达主要定位在细胞质内,少数也可见胞膜着色。HSP27蛋白在癌旁肝硬化组织及正常肝组织中未见表达,而在恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为66.7%,与前两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。HSP27的表达与肝癌的临床转移、细胞的分化程度相关,而与患者年龄和肿瘤的大小无明显相关性。结论:HSP27在肝癌组织中有广泛表达,在临床有转移和病理细胞分化低的组织中表达增高,HSP27与肝癌的发生、恶性程度及转移有关,在肝癌的预后判断中具有重要意义。
Objective： To determine the expression of HSP27 （heat shock protein 27, a member of heat shock protein family） in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and to investigate the relationship between HSP27 expression and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HSP27 in 45 HCC samples, 23 samples of para-cancerous tissue and 12 cases of normal liver tissue. The relationship between HSP27 expression and clinicopathologic factors of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed. Results： None of the normal liver tissues or para-cancerous tissues were HSP27 positive. In the 45 hepatocellular carcinoma specimens, the positive expression rate of HSP27 was 66.7% （30/45）. HSP27 expression was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and metastasis （P〈0.05）. No correlation was found between HSP27 expression and clinicopathologic characteristics such as age, gender, and tumor size. Conclusion： The expression of HSP27 may be a new marker of the biological behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma.
