摘要
基于三维软件Pro/ENGINEER,建立了立式内外圆磨床整体几何模型与虚拟样机仿真模型。通过在Pro/E的子模块Pro/MECHANICA中对磨床进行结构优化分析,最终在减小磨床整体重量、降低生产成本的前提下,提高了磨床刚度和工件的磨削精度,满足了实际生产要求。
Based on 3-D software Pro/ENGINEER, integrated geometric model and virtual prototype simulation model of vertical cylindrical grinder are built. By analysis of structure optimization in Pro/MECHAINCA–Pro/E’s sub module, grinder rigidity and grinding accuracy of workpiece are both improved, which meets the practical requirements. Moreover, overall grinder weight is reduced and cost is lowered, too.
