外科危重患者的营养支持 被引量:13

摘要 营养支持是危重患者治疗的重要措施之一,合理、有效的营养支持可降低应激状况下机体的分解代谢反应,改善机体重要脏器和免疫功能,降低并发症的发生率,缩短住ICU时间和总住院时间,提高危重患者的救治成功率。目前,临床上危重患者接受营养支持的比例较低,不合理的营养支持仍十分普遍。因此,如何进行合理的营养支持依然是危重患者治疗中值得关注的问题。一、提供合适的营养底物严重创伤、感染等应激状态下,机体内稳态失衡,处于高分解代谢状态,静息能量消耗增加,糖、蛋白质及脂肪代谢紊乱。若危重状况持续存在,
