摘要
目的:探讨自体颗粒脂肪注射丰唇的注意事项及具体操作方法。方法:从身体的某一部位采取脂肪,并将其注射于唇部的12个亚单位。结果:随访1～5年,273例患者对术后效果满意。无血肿、感染、坏死、结节、色素沉着、感觉迟钝、两侧不对称及脂肪栓塞等并发症。结论:分区自体颗粒脂肪注射丰唇术是一种良好的丰唇方法。一般说来,如果脂肪处理仔细并经漂洗及过滤,成活率可达50%～85%。
Objective To study the lip augmentation using the fat autologous transplantation. Methods Fat is harvested from one area of the patientt and transplanted to 12 labial subunits of the lip.These lip subunits include philtrum dimple, philtrum column, vermilion tubercle arch of cupid＇s bow, nasolabial folds, white skin roll of mucocutaneous junction. Results Follow up 1-5years, 273 cases were satisfactory with the appearances postoperatively. No infection, thrombus, hematoma, necrosis, asymmetry and pigmentation happended. Conclusions The procedure is an ideal for lip augmentation. In general, if the fat is treated gingerly, rinsed, and centrifuged, the survival rate is 50%-85%.
