摘要
目的:探讨同期假体置入使用额部扩张皮瓣行鼻再造的效果。方法:8例鼻缺损的患者,使用额部扩张皮瓣行鼻再造术,同期置入肋软骨或PTFE假体。结果:鼻再造术后随访1～5年,再造鼻均获成功,鼻的外形及通气功能良好,患者满意。结论:同期假体置入使用额部扩张皮瓣行鼻再造可以获得良好的效果。
Objective To analyse the operative techniques and the experiences of nasal reconstruction by using the expanded forehead tissue flap combining with simultaneous prosthesis implantation. Methods The pedicle of forehead tissue flap was suppled by supratrochlear artery, the design of the flap was trefoils,and the prosthesis was implanted simultaneously. Results 8 patients with nasal defect underwent primarily total nasal reconstruction by the use of the forehead tissue flap combining with simultaneous prosthesis implantation. After 1-5 years follow-up,8 patients were allsatisfied with the good nasal contour and ventilation function. The operation was successful. Conclusion The method by the use of expanded forehead flap for total nasal reconstruction combining with simultaneous prosthesis implantation had satisfactory postoperative effects.
