Correction of astigmatism associated with cataract

摘要 近年来随着白内障手术技术和设备的不断完善,复明已不是手术的唯一目标,医师和患者对视觉质量的要求越来越高,而手术前后散光会影响白内障患者术后的裸眼视力。因此如何将白内障术后的角膜散光减小到最小程度,引起了眼科医师的广泛重视。本文就白内障相关的角膜散光的影响因素及其矫正方法进行综述。 With the improvement of surgical operation and apparatus in treatment of cataract, the aim of surgery is not to get vision only. More requests have been put forward to improve visual acuity, and the astigmatism before and after surgery can affect naked vision of cataract patients after surgery. More attentions of oculists have been paid to reduce the corneal astigmatism to the lowest after surgery. This article reviews the influencing factors for astigmatism associated with cataract and ways of its correction.
