摘要
连锁作为一种适应"大生产、大流通、大消费"体制的组织与制度形式在我国流通领域逐渐发展成为规模化、控制末端的市场力量。近年来,关于连锁商业方面的实践问题引起了国内学者广泛而热切的关注,国内外对于连锁商业的研究无论是在研究方法还是研究领域上都有所进展,这些研究主要围绕规模边界与规模经济、市场扩张行为和渠道冲突等问题展开。
As an organizational and institutional form suitable for the modern system of "Great Production, Great Circulation, Great Consumption", chain business has been increasingly developing into a large-scale and outlet-controlled market power in China. In recent years, the practice of chain business has aroused wide attention and much concern among domestic scholars. Domestically and internationally, there has been a remarkable progress in both the research method and the research field, mainly on chain business scale boundary and economy of scale, market expansion behaviors, channel conflict, etc.
