NF-κB与糖尿病关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 核因子-κB（NF-κB）是一种能与免疫球蛋白轻链基因启动子或增强子κB位点特异性结合并促进基因转录的核蛋白因子，它参与调控免疫反应、炎症反应、细胞生长分化、细胞粘附和细胞凋亡。近年来研究表明，NF-κB在糖尿病及其并发症的发生中起着重要的作用。
