摘要
采用CaO-A12O3-MgO-BaO-CaF2渣系,在实验室内依据冶金热力学和动力学理论进行热模拟实验,系统分析了初始硫含量、碱度、光学碱度、BaO、CaF2等因素对脱硫能力和脱硫反应速率的影响。研究表明,初始硫含量高,则脱硫率高,碱度10-19,BaO含量20%-22.5%,CaF2含量15%~22%时脱硫率较高。
CaO - Al2O3- MgO - BaO - CaF2 slag was adopted and thermal simulation experiment was carried out according to dynamics and thermodynamic of metallurgy in laboratory. The initial sulfur content and the factors such as basicity, BaO and CaF2 that influence the desalphurization ability and desulphurization reaction were systematically analyzed. Conclusions show that when the initial eontem of sulfur is high, the desulfurization efficiency is high. And when the basieity is10- 19, BaO content is 20% -22. 5% , CaF2 is 15% - 22% , the desulfurization rate is higher.
