摘要
目的了解临床护士预防艾滋病知识、技能存在的问题,提出对策。方法采用自制的问卷调查表,调查临床护士996人。结果仅有极少数人知道艾滋病的流行现状,93.4%的人不知道艾滋病的临床表现;85.1%的人能准确描述HIV的传播途径,46.3%的人以为蚊子叮咬可传播HIV,40.5%的人对一起游泳不传染HIV认识模糊;38.8%的人认为共用餐具可传播HIV;三分之一的人认为锻炼身体和加强营养能防止HIV传播;66.0%的人不知道工作中如何避免艾滋病传播。结论被调查临床护士预防艾滋病知识与技能极其匮乏。分层次的、有重点的、持续的、不断强化的艾滋病知识教育和培训,是护理院校和医院的重要而严峻的课题。
Objective To investigate knowledge and skill about AIDS in clinical nurses, to analyze the problem and propose the countermeasures. Method Nine hundred and ninety- six clinical nurses were investigated by self- adminis- trated questionnaires. Results A few of them knew HlVJAIDS epidemic status. 93.4 % of them did not know the clinical manifestations of AIDS. 85.1% of them could describe clearly the three routes of HIV/AIDS transmission. 46.3 % of them as- sumed that HIV/AIDS could be transmitted by mosquito bites. 40.5% of them were unaware of no danger of swim together. 38.8 % of them assumed that HIVJAIDS could be transmitted by shar.ing tableware during meals. One - third of them consid- ered that HIV/AIDS infection could be prevented by taking exercise, strengthen physique, and increasing nutrition. 66.0 % of them did not know how kept themselves out of AIDS in their work. Conclusions Most of clinical nurses are short of preven- tion knowledge of AIDS wondrously. Layered, problem-focused, constant, continuously strengthened AIDS knowledge edu- cation and trainingare significant and urgent tasks for nursing schools and hospitals.
