肾移植术后并发糖尿病患者的护理和健康教育 被引量：1

摘要 目的总结肾移植术后并发糖尿病患者(PTDM)的护理情况,探讨提高生活质量的护理对策和健康教育。方法回顾性分析我院2002-2008年共375例肾移植患者中29例并发糖尿病患者的护理情况。结果29例患者经健康教育、饮食控制、运动疗法、加强护理、口服降糖药物、胰岛素应用等综合治疗,血糖均得到有效控制。结论对肾移植术后并发糖尿病的患者,重视健康教育、加强护理,可以减少相应并发症的发生,提高生活质量。
