电磁场对肝癌细胞凋亡基因表达的影响

摘要 目的研究电磁场对肝癌细胞凋亡基因表达的影响,探索电磁场在治疗原发性肝癌(肝癌)中的作用。方法通过基因芯片技术检测经电磁场处理过的肝癌细胞系BEL-7402和胎肝细胞(L-02)的凋亡基因表达情况,分析其凋亡基因表达谱差异。结果在检测的54614个探针组中,BEL-7402细胞经电磁场处理后促进凋亡基因明显(细胞色素C释放相关基因)上调,抑制凋亡基因表达下降。结论电磁场能够促进肝癌细胞凋亡基因的上调,抑制凋亡基因表达下降,提示电磁场在促进肝癌细胞凋亡方面具有重要作用。 Objective To examine the effects of electromagnetic field (EMF) on apoptotic gene expression in hepatoma cell lines, which may indicate the role of EMF in the treatment of live cancer. Methods The apoptotic gene expressions in hepatoma cell lines Bel-7402 and L-02 liver ceils were analyzed after the treated by EMF with gene chips. Results Of the detected 54614 probe sets, compared with the L-02 liver cells, the expression of apoptotic genes associated with cytochrome C was up-regulated, while the genes inhibiting cellular apoptosis were down-regulated. Conclusion EMF has effects on gene expression in the hepatoma cell lines, in which the expression of apoptotic genes was increased and that of anti-apoptotic genes was decreased. The results suggest that EMF may facilitate apoptosis in the hepatoma cell lines. Therefore, EMF may play a role in the treatment of liver cancer.
