摘要
目的研究剖宫产术在临床被广泛应用情况。方法对221例剖宫产对照60例经阴道分娩情况进行统计与分析。结果剖宫产的指征被放宽;剖宫产对母体的影响;剖宫产对胎儿、新生儿的影响;剖宫产术率高存在一定的社会和医源性因素。结论临床上应严格执行剖宫产手术指征,避免剖宫产术的任意实施。
Objective To study the condution of cesarean section as widely clinical application. Methods The condition with 221 case of cesarean section vs 60 ease of vayina parturition was counted and analyzed that. Results The indication of cesarean section was being relaxed; Cesarean section may bring influence for mother＇ body and foetus and neonate ; High rate of cesarean section is caused by certain socialist and clinical factors. Conclusion The indication of cesarean section must be implemented strictly in clinical application. And cesarean section must not be used wilful.
