全自动装订机凸轮机构从动件运动规律 被引量:3

摘要 应用运动参数无因次化的方法,参照一般凸轮机构运动规律的设计原则,依据实际工作中对压铆工作过程的要求确定了全自动装订机空间凸轮结构从动件的运动规律,给出了运动规律曲线方程。经实验表明,该运动规律可以较好的满足运动、动力学性能要求,实现预期的功能。 Applying the method of kinematic parameter dimensionless, referring to the design principle of the motion law for the common cam mechanism, according to the demands of binding working process in reality, the motion law of the follower is determined, and the equation of motion law curve is given. It is proved practically that the motion law can better satisfy the demands of kinematics and dynamics performance thus realize the anticipative function.
