摘要
目的探讨治疗难愈性创面的有效方法。方法选择难愈性创面病人68例,随机分为2组,分别为应用东方烧伤膏与常规换药进行治疗,比较两组创面愈合时间。结果两组创面愈合时间比较差异有显著意义(t=3.35,P<0.05)。结论与常规换药相比,应用东方烧伤膏换药可明显减少难愈性创面愈合时间,可作为难愈性创面的治疗方法之一。
Objective To study an effective therapy for intractable wound. Methods This study consisted of 66 patients with intractable raw surface, which were randomized to two groups： Dongfang-burn-cream group and routine-therapy group. The healing time was eompared between the two groups. Results The difference of healing time was significant between the two groups （t = 3. 35, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with routine therapy, Dongfang burn cream, dramatically reduce the wound-healing time, can be used as one of the modalities for incurable wounds.
