摘要
典型城市化样带土地利用/覆盖变化(LUCC)研究是目前的热点和前沿问题之一。基于深圳市1988年、1992年、1996年、2000年和2004年5个时期的TM/ETM(SPOT)影像,选取沿107国道、205国道两侧的城市化样带,通过道路缓冲区分析的方法,计算建设用地变化速率(ΔP),分析城市化进程中建设用地的时空变化过程。研究结果表明道路沿线建设用地增长过程表现为时间递减效应、向外蔓延效应和中心城市辐射效应,即伴随城市化进程的推进,建设用地增长速度减缓,同时道路对建设增长的影响范围不断向外蔓延,且距离中心城市越近、其增长速率越快。提出在有效保护和合理发展的基础上提高道路两侧土地利用的经济和生态效益,是此类地区未来城市可持续发展的关键所在。
Spread of urban land is a remarkable characteristic of rapidly urbanizing regions, and roads are regarded as one of the key factors which make urbanizing belts along them. Research on LUCC in typical urbanizing strips is one of the hot topics, which is helpful to understand the process of urbanization. As a typical rapidly urbanizing city, Shenzhen City has a complex road system which accelerates the process of its urbanization. Based on the TM/ETM & SPOT images of Shenzhen in the years of 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2004, two urbanizing belts are selected along National Road of 107 and 205. The two selected belts are the important developing regions in suburb of the city, and also represent two different kinds of social and economical conditions. The process of urban land changes in the two belts is studied by analyzing buffer regions of the two roads and calculating the changes of urban land density (AP) in every four years. The process of urban spread in the belts can be concluded into three points, which are diminishing time, impact expansion and radiation effect of central city. The result shows that spreading speed of urban land is quite high in the two urbanizing belts, especially at the beginning. And the expansion of road' s impacts on urban land is broadening along with the advancement of urbanization. It is also found that the speed of urban land spread is higher and more remarkable in regions closer to the central city. As concluded, the prior developed urbanizing belts could be a reference for other developing regions along roads. In the last part, we suggest that the key point for sustainable development of the urbanizing belts along roads is to improve land use efficiency based on reasonable conservation and development.
