摘要
目的探讨影响施工升降机导轨架结构动态特性的因素,分析不同因素对结构安全性的影响.方法采用有限元方法,建立了施工升降机导轨架等有限元模型,并对吊笼运行不同工况以及多种附着装置安装间距下的导轨架结构进行模态分析.结果计算出吊笼运行不同工况下,导轨架结构的前6阶固有频率;附着装置不同安装间距下,结构的1阶到6阶固有频率;提取各阶固有频率振型云图;并计算吊笼运行过程中产生的激振频率.结论吊笼以40 m/m in的速度运行时,施工升降机导轨架不易产生共振;吊笼运行不同工况影响施工升降机结构的动态特性;附着装置以不同间距安装时,随着附着间距的增大,结构的刚度降低,固有频率减小;整体结构受到弯曲和扭曲,影响结构的稳定性和安全性.
For the purpose of researching the factors which affect the dynamic characteristic of mast of builder' s hoist and analyzing the impact of different factors over system security ,the authors of the paper applied the finite element method to build the model and made the modal analysis for mast which was installed with various installation distances or under different working conditions. It' s found that the modal analysis reached one to six natural frequencies when the cage ran at the different position or the mast tie was installed with a variety of the separation distance,the vibration mode graphs were drawn and the excitation frequency was calculated during the cage' s running. In conclusion, the mast of builder' s hoist running in 40m/min speed doesn' t produce resonance easily ; the different working conditions of the cage running affect the natural frequency of builder' s hoist; when the mast tie is installed with a variety of installation distances, the longer the distance is, the lower the rigidity and natural frequencies are, and the total structure is bent and twisted, which affects the structure's stability and security.
