摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法45例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组给厄贝沙坦150mg/d口服,同时给阿托伐他汀20mg/d口服;治疗组加服中药。两组均随访3个月。结果两组治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)均有改善(对照组P<0.05,治疗组P<0.01),治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病能并发挥抗炎作用、减少尿蛋白排泄、改善肾功能、延缓肾功能衰竭的发生。
Objective To observe the efficacy of western medicine in combination with traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods 45 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. Atorvastatin 20mg/d and irbesartan 150mg/d were taken orally in control group and plus Chinese herbal medicine were taken orally in treatment group. Both of the two groups had been observed for 3 months. Results Comparing with pre - reatment , serum creatinine （Scr） and urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） were decreased after treatment in two groups （P 〈 0.05 in control group and P 〈 0.01 in treatment group） . Scr and UAER were decreased more remarkably in treatment group than those in control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Western medicine in combination with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy can play a role in anti - inflammation , reducing urinary protein excretion ,improving renal function and delaying renal failure.
