摘要
在工厂化栽培条件下,比较传统培养基原料对杏鲍菇生长的影响,并筛选出适合的配方。结果表明,以玉米芯为主要碳源的配方与木屑和棉籽壳相比,其产量较高,栽培周期短,适合作为工厂化栽培的碳源物质。其中17号配方单瓶产量最高为147g,与其他配方有显著差异。氮源中麸皮与米糠对比,对产量的影响不明显。添加不同梯度麸皮试验表明,子实体产量随麸皮添加量减少而降低,氮源添加量在35%~40%为适合比例。
Various culture medium formulas were designed with conventional materials-sawdust, cottonseed hull,corncob,wheat bran and corn flour,and in P. eryngii factory cultivation the gradient experiments with them were conducted to compare their effects on P. eryngii growth. The results showed that the formulas with corncob used as main carbon source could reach higher in P. eryngii production and shorter in culture period than those with sawdust and cottonseed hull used as main carbon source. Formula 17, in which sawdust, cottonseed hull, corncob, wheat bran, rice bran and corn flour were respectively 5%, 16%, 46%, 12%, 16% and 5%, reached the highest yield per bottle (147 g), significantly higher than the other formulas did. As nitrogen source, wheat bran and rice bran were not obviously different in their effects on the production. The gradient experiments with wheat bran indicated that the production decreased with the amount of added wheat bran dropping and the appropriate amount of added nitrogen source was 35% -40%.
