摘要
改革开放以来,中国的和平崛起成为世界引人瞩目的现象。它源自传统"和而不同"的哲学思想,是中国透析大国兴衰历史所做的选择,也是和平和发展的时代主题的必然要求。它的政策意义在于可以引导中国外交突出周边,推动区域化,注重与欧洲合作,有助于外交政策的平衡;提高中国的影响力;有利于维持安全利益和经济利益之间的平衡。它的实现须借助于国际社会的理解、协作与支持。
Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China＇s peaceful rise has become the eye - catching phenomenon in the world. It originated from the traditional philosophy of ＂Harmony but Difference＂, and it is not only the rational choice made by China through the dialysis of the history of the rise and fall of great powers, but also an essential requirement for an era of peace and development. The significance of its policies could lead to highlight China＇s diplomacy around, promote regionalization, focus on cooperation with European, work for a balanced foreign policy; improve China＇s influence; and maintain the balance between the security and economic interests. Its realization must depend on the understanding of the international community as well as its cooperation and support.
