摘要
基于森林生态系统健康的概念和健康评价实践,提出防护林健康的概念和内涵,认为防护林健康可以分为林木健康、林分健康、防护林生态系统健康、防护林景观健康4个层次。建立了由结构完整性、生态服务功能、社会经济功能、景观空间格局4个评价目标、11个评价指标、45个评价因子组成的防护林健康评价指标体系,并用熵技术修正层次分析法与专家民主决策方法相结合,对指标及因子进行定量化研究,为防护林健康评价和管理提供理论依据。
Based on the conception of forest ecosystem and health assessment cases, this paper put forward the definition of shelter-forest health. It divides shelter-forest health into tree health, stand structure health, ecosystem health and landscape health. The paper built a shelter-forest health assessment index system, including structure integrity, ecosystem service functions, economic functions and 4 assessment aims, 11 assessment indexes and 46 assessment factors of space pattern. The system consists of weighted coefficient values for health assessment indicators based on an entropy technique using the hierarchy analysis methods as well as methods to transform qualitative indicators to quantitative indicators based on expert opinions. The study results can provide theoretical foundation for health assessment and management of shelter-forest.
