摘要
随着人口的增长、经济的发展和工业化水平的不断提高,非农建设用地不断增加,土地作为一种稀缺资源,其与社会经济发展的矛盾日益突出。文章对长株潭城市群土地管理体制改革进行专题研究,旨在为长株潭城市群"两型社会"建设的土地管理体制改革,尤其是以集约节约用地为核心的土地管理体制改革,提供决策参考。
With the growth of population,the development of the ecomomy and continuous improvement of industrialization level the use of non-agricultural construction land is increasing.The contradiction between the land as a kind of rare resource and socioeconomic development is increasing day by day.In this paper,we carry out a monographic study on Chang-Zhu-Tan＇s （Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan cities）land management system for the purpose of providing decision-making to the reform of land management system based on the construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan＇s ＂two-oriented society＂（Resouree-conserving and Environment- friendly society）,and especially the reform of land management system centered on economical and intensive land use.
