摘要
电化学法制备纳米材料具有晶粒组分和组织可控性强、工艺灵活、可以在常温常压下操作等优点。就不同性能和结构的单金属纳米粒子(零维)、纳米线(一维)、纳米镀层(二维)的制备方法进行了评述,并对其目前存在的问题和发展前景进行了探讨和展望。
A review is provided of the progress in the research of electrodeposited single metal nano-crystalline.The methods for preparing various single metal nano-crystallines including nanoparticles(zero dimension),nanowires(one dimension)and nanoplatings(two dimensions)with different properties and structures are summarized.It is pointed out that chemical methods used for preparing nanomaterials have the advan-tages of good controllability of the grains and structures,facile processes,and operation at ambient conditions.Besides,currently existing problems and prospects concerning the study of electropla-ted single metal nano-crystallines are discussed.
