摘要
为加深对磷化膜防护失效机理的认识,采用电化学方法和扫描电镜(SEM)考察了铝合金锌系磷化膜在不同溶液中的腐蚀与防护特性。结果表明:磷化膜的活性溶解出现在酸性和中性溶液里;钝化出现在碱性溶液里。磷化膜的防护性能主要依靠于其机械屏障作用,化学溶解是磷化膜防护失效的主要形式。
The corrosion and protection characteristics of zinc series phosphating coatings on aluminum alloy in various aqueous solutions were investigated by making use of electrochemical measurement and scanning elec-tron microscopic(SEM)observation.Results show that active dissolution of the phosphating coating occurs in acidic and neutral solutions,while passivation occurs in alkaline solution.The pro-tective ability of the phosphating coating mainly depends on the mechanical harrier action,and chemical dissolution is the primary cause leading to failure of the phosphating coating-
