摘要
[目的]观察疏肝消脂Ⅲ号方对酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)大鼠治疗效应。[方法]60只雄性SD大鼠适应性饲养1周后,随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,易善复组,疏肝消脂Ⅲ号方小剂量、中剂量、大剂量组。除正常组外,其余各组均给予56%乙醇加高脂饲料喂养;在造模的同时,各治疗组开始灌胃给药,持续时间12周。观察其肝脏组织学变化以及测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆汁酸(TBA)水平。[结果]疏肝消脂Ⅲ号方能显著降低血脂、ALT、AST、TBA水平(P<0.05,<0.01),升高HDL-C水平(P<0.05,<0.01),病理学变化可得到明显改善。[结论]疏肝消脂Ⅲ号方能有效治疗实验大鼠AFL。
[Objective]To study the effect of Shugan Xiaozhi Decoction Ⅲ （SXDⅢ）, a chinese herb compond, on treating alchoholic fatty liver（AFL）of modle rats. [Methods]After feeding with ordinary diet one week, sixty male SD rats were radomly divided into 6 groups： control group, model group, SXD Ill-treated groups and Essentiale group. Rat model with AFL was established by feeding fatty forage and 56 % alcohol. SXD Ⅲ-treated groups and Essentiale group were treated with deffrent dose of SXD Ⅲ and Essentiale during modeling. By the end of the 12^th week,all rats were weighed and sacrificed. The serum lipid content, hepatic function and histopathological changes in liver tissue of all rats were observerd. [Results]SXDⅢ could obviously decrease the srum contents of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceide（TG）, low-density lipoprotein（LDL）, Total bile acid （TBA）,ALT and AST, increase high-density lipoprotein（HDL） content; and reduce liver pathological lesion. [Conclusion]SXDⅢ can prenvent hepatic steatosis development of AFL in rats.
