摘要
选用50kg左右的"长×双×沙"三元杂交肥育猪48头,随机分成3组,设1个对照组和2个试验组,每组4个重复。试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%的蒙生草本植物调理剂和0.5%的香草添加剂,探讨蒙生草本植物调理剂对育肥猪肉品质的影响。结果表明:日粮添加0.5%的蒙生草本植物调理剂或香草添加剂,与对照组相比,失水率分别降低4.17%、4.22%;贮存损失分别降低11.99%、7.12%;熟肉率分别提高2.99%、3.39%;肌肉中粗脂肪含量分别提高了40.03%(P<0.05)、43.01%(P<0.05);总氨基酸含量分别提高8.21%、5.63%;品味综合评分分别为8.93分、8.97分,高于对照组;铅残留分别降低26.09%(P<0.05)、43.48%(P<0.01),未检出砷、汞、磺胺类、瘦肉精。猪肉安全、营养、风味好。
48 barrows(Landrace× Double muscled)〈Shaziling) of 50kg were divided randomly into one control group and two experiment groups. The experiment groups received the same basic diet supplement with 0.5% Herbal Feed Additive and 0.5% Vanilla Feed Additive. Results showed that Herbal Feed Additive and Vanilla Feed Additive supplementation had obvious effect on slaughter performance and meat quality. Its can be decreased 2.99% and 3. 39% on water loss rate, decreased 11.99% and 7.12% on Storage loss rate respectively, compared with control group. All of the expriment group could be improve the rate of meat cooked, content of crude fat ( P〈0.05 ) and amino acid in muscle compared with control group. The results showed that Pb residue in either Herbal group or Vanilla group are reduced 26.09% (P〈0.05 )and 43.48% (P〈0.01 ), As, Hg, Sulfonamides, Clenbuterol could not be found in the sample.
