摘要
目的研究Fas和Fas配体在卵巢上皮癌和正常卵巢上皮细胞的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学方法了解Fas和Fas配体在卵巢上皮癌和正常卵巢上皮细胞的表达情况。结果免疫组织化学正常卵巢上皮Fas表达阳性率85.7%,Fas配体完全不表达;而卵巢上皮癌Fas表达阳性率31.9%,Fas配体表达阳性率8.5%。结论Fas在卵巢上皮癌细胞低表达,可能是肿瘤细胞逃避Fas介导的宿主免疫的机制。
Objective To investigate the expression level of Fas and Fas Ligand (FasL) in normal ovarian epithelium and ovarian cancer. Methods We investigate the expression level of Fas and Fas Ligard in normal ovarian epithelium and ovarian cancer by immunohistochemical assay. Results The results of immunohistochemical assay showed: Fas is positive in 85.7% of normal ovarian epithelium and FasL is negative in all of them; Fas is positive in 31.9% of ovarian epithelium carcinoma and FasL is positive in 8.5,% of them. Conelusion Fas expression is low in many ovarian epithelial carcinomas.
