Design and Implementation of Wireless Gas Sensor

摘要 针对瓦斯浓度监测以及如何将监测信号实时、低成本地传输到监测点等关键问题,结合智能传感器的设计思想,提出了一种基于无线通信技术的瓦斯浓度检测传感器节点。概述了该无线瓦斯传感器节点的工作原理,重点介绍了系统硬件电路结构及总体方案,详细描述了系统的软件架构及实现方法。测试结果表明:该系统性能稳定可靠,基本实现了对瓦斯的实时监测与预测控制。 Aimed at key issues of gas monitoring such as low-cost transmission to the monitor, combined the soul of intelligent sensors, a wireless gas sensor was proposed based on making use of advantages of wireless communications technology. The paper outlined the work principle of the gas sensor, and then described the structure and hardware circuit of the system. Finally, software architecture and implementation were introduced in detail. The testing results show that the wireless gas sensor works reliably, basically realized the gas real-time monitoring and prediction of control.
