摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对康复期精神分裂症患者的干预效果。方法:将167例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组83例和对照组84例,对照组患者仅接受常规性健康教育,研究组患者有针对性的接受8次健康教育。健康教育前后应用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)评定疗效。结果:干预后研究组BPRS、NOS-IE各因子分及总分均显著优于对照组,且差异均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可有效改善康复期精神分裂症患者的症状。
Objective : To study the intervention efficacy of health education for patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage. Methods: 167 patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage were randomly divided into study group (n = 83 ) and control group ( n = 841 . The patients in control group received only conventional health education and the patients in study group received targeted health education for 8 times. Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation ( NOSIE ) were used to assess the therapeutic effect in both groups before and after health education. Results : The factor scores of BPRS and NOSIE and the total scores in study group were significantly higher than that in control group after intervention ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Health education can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage.
