摘要 随着我国第1个750kV输变电示范工程的顺利建成,西北电网也进入了330kV向750kV超高压电网过渡的时代。研究并总结出一套高效快捷的铁塔组立施工工艺,对750kV电网的顺利建设至关重要。以750kV官兰、官西等工程为契机,针对750kV比500kV、330kV铁塔曲臂长、横担宽、重量大、施工难的特点,研制并采用700mm×700mm×32m角钢内悬浮外拉线抱杆施工工艺,确保安全、质量、效率等指标。结合近100基铁塔组立施工中的成功经验,介绍了该方法在施工中的工艺与过程控制,通过此举希望能进一步完善该工艺。 Along with the construction of the first 750 kV power transmission and transformation project in China, more and more 750 kV transmission line and substation projects have been commenced. The northwest grid is transforming from 330 kV to 750 kV. So it is very important to research and work out a set of high efficient construction method for constructing 750 kV power grid. Owing to longer tower members, wider and heavier cross arm for 750 kV tower, it is hard to install. The newly made 700 minx700 minx32 m derrick supported by inner suspension & outer backstay used in the tower erection of the 750 kV transmission line, which make sure the safety, quality and efficiency for the construction. Combined with nearly 100 tower erection experiences, the technology and process control of the method used in construction was introduced.
