摘要
从创新教育理念出发,构建了科学优化的《食品机械与设备》创新实验教学体系,改进了实验教学方法,从面向工程的多层次的实验体系的构建、多元一体的实验教学模式和基于CAX平台的实验教学手段的增强这三个方面讨论了创新实验教学改革的基本内容。
According to the innovation education idea,constructing the scientific and optimized innovation experiment teaching system of Food Machinery And Equipment, improving the experiment teaching method, discussing three basic contents including the construction of multi-level experimental system facing project, the experiment educational model of multi-dimensional body and the enhancement teaching method based on CAX platform experimental.
