摘要
学术期刊是由学术组织、研究机构、高等学校等主办的反映其所属会员、所属研究人员科研成果为主的、定期出版的刊物。对学术期刊进行分级,有必要性和可行性,并且意义重大。关于其分级问题,在理论上可谓众说纷纭,在实践上,也是政出多门,政府界、学术界、期刊界对之都有不同的解释和采取不同的方法。真正实现学术期刊科学分级的关键是厘清现状,找出分级的科学依据、方法,以此确定分级的标准,同时要采取科学的分级方法。
It is of vital importance to grade academic journals. There are great discrepancies on the grading of academic journals in terms of theoretical orientations, which bring about lots of problems in administrative management. This paper presents an analysis of the existing theories and current practices on this problem and raises some doubts about it. On the ground of exploring the basis of the academic journal grading, the author points out the deficiencies of the present-day evaluating system both at home and abroad, and puts forward some proposals about both the basis and methods of academic journal grading.
