摘要
目的:研究川木通及木通的质量分析与评价的新方法。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离、理化性质及光谱特征确定结构。结果:从川木通乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了4个化合物:9,3-Octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)-2,3-dihy-droxypropyl ester、麦角甾醇、豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇。以豆甾醇为指标成分对34批川木通及木通样品进行薄层定性和HPLC定量测定,从而确定其内在质量。结论:此法简单易行,可用作川木通的质量控制指标。
Objective: To investigate new method for evaluating the quality of Clematis Armandii Franch and its compounds. Methods: The separation was carried out by silica gel chromatography, and the compounds were indentified by means of physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results: Three kinds of compounds were isolated from Clematis Annandii Franch and iden- tified asstigmasterol, ergosterol, β-sitosterol, and 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid ( Z, Z ) -2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester. Pharmacodynamics research indicates that the cyasterone has the similar effect to the sex hornmnes and can assimilate protein. The cyasterone in 34 samples and its compounds was identified by TLC, and determin^l by HPLC. Conclusion: The methods was simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Clematis Armandii Franch and its compounds.
